Field Guide to Selling Hospice/Home Care Services with Legendary Results

At the 2006 NHPCO Leadership conference, one of our Directors purchased Michael’s book on selling Hospice.  We found it to be such an invaluable resource, we later purchased a second copy.  I ‘flagged’ each page that had something that we could and should do immediately.  Needless to say, there were many, many flagged pages throughout the book.  It is priceless!  While attending the 2007 NHPCO Management and Leadership conference (last week), I was sure to attend two of Michael Ferris’ workshops.  It is great, practical information.
